Big Sky Sustainability Network Organization

LD Productions directed, filmed, and edited an educational short film on proper composting in Gallatin County for the non-profit Big Sky Sustainability Network Organization (Big Sky SNO). The film is being used across many organizations’ websites and at zero waste events as an informative tool for employees and community members.

The film educates users on what can and can’t be composted, why putting compostable material into the trash is a waste of resources, and how putting trash into the compost disrupts the whole system. The film features Lizzie Peyton, Director of Community Sustainability at Big Sky SNO, and Karl Johnson, owner of YES Compost located in Belgrade, Montana.
